The hotel's location is convenient, with several attractions and facilities in close proximity. Some attractions like the Olympic stadium and the Féria are just a few minutes away on foot. The staff is courteous and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious, soundproofed, and well-decorated. The hotel boasts impressive air conditioning, hot water availability, and quiet rooms.
The hotel needs to step up and offer basic amenities like mini-fridges and safety boxes in the rooms or at the reception.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and accommodating to all of my needs. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for me. It was conveniently situated near the stadium where I was attending an event, making it easy for me to get around. The hotel itself was immaculate, with beautifully decorated and clean rooms. The staff members were always friendly and had a smile on their face, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The breakfast served in the room was a delightful touch that I truly enjoyed. I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Cali! The location was perfect, with easy access to the stadium, fairgrounds, and other attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always eager to accommodate my needs. Breakfast was served in a dining room with a great view, and the room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated.

During our recent stay at a hotel in Cali, we were delighted by the impeccable cleanliness and modern decor. The location was ideal, with several attractions within walking distance, including the Olympic stadium and a popular cabaret. We were also grateful for the friendly and accommodating hotel staff, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay.
Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the absence of a mini fridge and a safe box in the room, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. The hotel did lend us an iron and hairdryer upon request, ensuring our needs were met.
